Products introduction:
This mineral drinking water filling machine is consists of washing, filling and capping with complete automation. It is suitable for filling water, such as mineral water, pure water, wine into plastic bottles and glass bottles. The machine can finish all the process such as washing bottle, filling and sealing, it can reduce the materials with outside touch time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency. It is a good option for the bottled drinking water factory.
Characteristics:
It has so many washing heads which will spray the inside of the bottle after the bottle is reversed. After washing there will approximate 2 seconds dropping water. The bottle neck blocking makes the process of changing bottles easily. Gravity filling is adpoted to this filling machine, with fast and precise to fill the bottles, also blocking washing pinchers is adopted without touching the bottle-mouth screw thread. The capping head adopts magnetic constant torsion device to catch and screw the heads. The screw moment can be adjusted stepless and the constant moment can screw plastic heads, which not only do no harm to the heads but also seal rigorously and reliably. The rotary cap unscrambling machine, unscramble the cap by air force, which do no harm to the cap surface. Cap feeding can be controlled automatically. No caps will be sent if there are no bottles and the machine will stop automatically when there is no cap in the channel.
